Hello, my name is Daria.
I am a writer, sunset chaser, recovering overthinker. Always striving for a simpler living because it calms my monkey mind. As a memory keeper I wholeheartedly believe in the power of your own story.
I am a wife, a mother, a friend. Day by day, at home in Southwest Germany, I change another diaper, silently repeat another mantra, try not to spill my coffee. I sneak in some reading time, sing lullabies, deal with another pile of laundry. I travel the world but mostly grocery, ignore the dust and buy myself flowers often.
I change my outfit, remove some stains, quietly counting the things I still have to learn. On a clear night I look up to the stars and wish for less. Less struggle, less stuff.
Morning by morning I listen to the bird songs at my window and write it all down.
I still don’t know exactly what this space will become. It’s still in between, still evolving. If it’s anything like me, it will always be a work in progress.
Thanks for stopping by! I hope to see you again soon.
